We haven't allowed podcast comments so we don't display comment count on podcast episodes and people don't expect being able to post comments. Surprises me that Hans enabled comments for your interview, he must have a good reason.
I really think you should give Esperanto a second chance, not because it's worth learning or speaking but because it's fun! Speaking more than one language is enriching in so many ways. Neurobiologically it has been shown that the number of languages you speak correlates to the size of certain parts of the human brain. A language is not just a set of sounds, grammar and idioms... it's a cultural expression in itself. I'm bold enough to claim that knowing more than one language improves your writing, regardless of what language you write in.
I suppose we could have used the title 'not safe for anyone' many times already, but I thought it would be especially pertinent here because in this show Richard and Hans illustrate the many situations in which the C-word is perfectly appropriate.
Man, no comments? I'm not feeling the love.

I do speak German, but since I haven't had the opportunity in 7 years it's pretty bad.

Cool! Like my French then... I love the language, I just don't speak it very well nowadays.
Either Hans had a good reason or he accidentally turned them on. One of those two options.
Well, you weren't drinking for the episode... that reduces the chances of an accident.

I know, I corrected that for the ModernMatriarch Interview (will be up this week)
