Another Book/Movie story... Filming has started on a new film about Welsh Author/Poet, Dylan Thomas, famous in both Wales and New York during the Second World war, mainly for the book Under Milk Wood. This site by his daughter Aeronwy, contains information on lots of his work.

Looks interesting.
I love Welsh names -How do you pronounce Aeronwy?
Aeronwy - eye-RON-wee (the R is rolled slightly ). My father was Welsh :) The names are beautiful, aren't they? Of course they never thought to give me one. :(
like this...
Air (like you breathe
On (opposite to off....!)
wii (as in the Nintendo console - or scottish for small!!)
and roll the r from air into the on like Ron...
so Air-Ron-Wii ...
wish I knew phonetics....
Just caught this one today. Better late than never. I'm glad they're doing a new film. Dylan Thomas is one of my heros. A tragic one, true, but a hero nonetheless. I love his poem,The Force that Through the Green Fuse Drives the Flower.
