Eh. I didn't finish the chapter. The character Martin to the point I read is another put upon high schooler turned potential psychopath because of abuse. Been there. Read that. Not all that interesting. I'd highly suggest starting off with a different character and introducing Martin later, and changing him up quite a bit when you do.

But you do a pretty good job of selling your story with the synopsis here. It was enough to make me want to click through and read the story. The idea of the bad guy bully having to be the good guy was fairly intriguing.
