JoAn Karkos of Lewiston was so offended by the children’s book It’s Perfectly Normal: Changing Bodies, Growing Up, Sex & Sexual Health that she checked all the copies out of the local libraries and is refusing to return them. She calls it civil disobedience. The libraries are calling it theft. Things are starting to get ugly.

theft, ignorance, whatever, this woman should get help
Im wondwring if it might be ok if I plead civil disobedience when the tax man comes knocking, I think I might already have the "nutter" plea covered, but just in case they think Im sane.
I agree! There must be millions of people who avoid intimacy because they have been taught to repress their sexual needs and this kind of attitude leads to misery and all kinds of depression.
Cops, get her!
Civil disobedience is what it may be but it doesn't justify forcing your principles upon others. Civil disobedience is usually about civil rights, and protecting them rather than taking them away.
