Reviewers that can be ‘perked’ for rave reviews and who pad their prose to maintain their faux celebrity status, or who simply do not read the books or write the reviews for which they receive their accolades are dirt bags. Period. And so is Amazon for promoting such a sleazy environment—in which reviewers scratch each others backs before burying the knife—while smugly saluting their own cleverness in enticing these attention-starved minions to provide content and promote the company for free. Bah.
